I grew up feeling drawn to art. I’ve always had a natural talent and appreciation for the arts. Was always creative, loved drawing, and had a good eye for photography.
Society told me I’d be a starving artist, so I focused on college and studies. I always yearned to take the photography class, or learn oil panting. Alas, I didn’t take the professional, art student route- just self taught myself and dabbled in it as a hobby.
It took me 40+ years to realize that I need to create art as outlet for expression, relaxation, and to fill my jar of joy.
I ended up expressing art thru photography, and marketing, designing flyers/brochures/infographics.

I love animals- especially dogs. They’re always themselves, even with a camera pointed at them. Hence my pet photography business Foxy Pet Photos, named after my beloved terrier. She was my side kick in my lowest times and watched me blossom into a wife and mother before crossing the rainbow bridge.

I’ve come to realize art is a freedom and a blessing to create. It should be done for fun and joy. I don’t have to feel like an imposter. I can be ok at whatever level I’m at. Talent or developing skills, the point is how it makes me feel. Now, I mainly play guitar, ukulele and water paint to raise my vibration. I’ve taken a couple sewing classes just to stretch my brain.
Some of my art, seeds, prints, paintings and other creations on my Etsy page.
