Most my life I disliked hypnosis- thought it was fake, thought it was scary, but also found it neat for people who could overcome phobias or bad habits. If it was real, I didn’t trust someone messing with my mind.

I also like to be in control of myself. I’d hate to be embarrassed! Being a cautious person, conscientious but able to read others, I don’t trust many people easily.

Enter Dolores Cannon. Around 2014 I had my first phase of waking up and consciousness. Realizing there’s more to this world than we’ve been taught. I felt like I was going crazy.

In my search for more understanding, I found Dolores Cannon’s books. Her meditative/hypnosis method and investigative findings are exciting and expanded my understanding of the universe.

She started with helping people with habits, then started finding some people had past lives that were verifiable. She called herself an investigator and carefully collected data to match with historical accounts, names and locations. Later she even had people remember lives in other dimensions and planets.

Dolores Cannon is recognized as a pioneer in the field of past-life regression. She is a hypnotherapist who specializes in the recovery and cataloging of “Lost Knowledge”. Her roots in hypnosis go back to the 1960s, and she has been specializing in past-life therapy since the 1970s.

Dolores has written 19 books about her research in hypnosis. These books are translated into over 20 languages. She founded her publishing company, Ozark Mountain Publishing, in 1992, and currently has over 50 authors that she publishes. She has appeared on numerous TV shows and documentaries on all the major networks, and also throughout the world. She has spoken on over 1000 radio shows, plus speaking at innumerable conferences worldwide. In addition she had her own weekly radio show, the Metaphysical Hour, on BBS Radio for nine years. She has received numerous awards from organizations and hypnosis schools, including Outstanding Service and Lifetime Achievement awards.

Dolores made her transition on October 18, 2014. She touched many and will be deeply missed.

I felt drawn to help others using QHHT, but decided I had better try it out for myself to see if it really works. My first session gave me mind blowing information about a past life, answers to questions of my late dad, reassurance that I needed about weather I should have children, that helped me overcome fears of child birth. I felt supported by love from my Higher self and angelic guides.

I became busy with child rearing for the next 5 years and forgot about this path- until 2025, when I deep dove into Spirituality and personal growth and healing. QHHT presented itself again and this time I knew it was time. I started my certification, had another healing QHHT session from a colleague and began to see more signs affirming that this is what I am called to do to help others. Seeing the amazing answers and healing that comes thru my clients is such a reward.

I am now a Level 1 intern, looking forward to walking with you on this path of growth and healing.
